Danny’s Original Customs, will accept the return of any unaltered product for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or credit minus the return shipping cost & 15% restocking fee. ( EXCEPTIONS INCLUDED, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS, CHASSIS PRODUCTS, AIR-RIDE SUSPENSION SYSTEMS KITS)
Basic Policy Concerns
Kindly read the following conditions for the return and refund policy.
- All return items must be untouched with original tags/ or packaging.
- Make sure the article is return with no stain, odor, or with damage.
- You are responsible to provide us with all relevant details in case of any gift, or else it will be considered canceled.
- Sales items are non-refundable.
- We don’t entertain free returns offer. However, in case of a faulty article or damaged piece please contact us on the support customer at Doc.shipping@yahoo.com
- The returned items are your responsibility, please wrap them carefully to avoid any damage till it reaches us
- Adding on, use the post office service to return the parcel back
If the item is purchased from the sale, it can be taken back or exchanged without any damage.
How To Return A Package?

- 3. If the return request is approved, you will get the details to return the parcel.
- 4. In case of denial, you will be informed of an appropriate reason.
Refund Policy:
As per the refund requests,
You are supposed to send the parcel back to us, our inspection team will thoroughly check it. You will receive an email from our customer support team regarding the acceptance or rejection of the refund amount.
On acceptance, your refund request will proceed.
- If you have paid through a credit card, the amount will automatically add to your card within a few days.
